As a former economist I will go with the figures from the Roy Morgan Research Centre which comes up with 10.9% unemployment and 8.9% underemployment. So nearly 20% in total for unemployment and underemployment.
The way they do their polling and research is far more realistic and correct methodology which they have used consistently since 1949.
